Saaremaa or Samsala is the largest Estonian island. It is located to the south of Hiiumaa Island and close to Muhu Island in the east. Saaremaa is connected to Muhu by a motor road, and to the second largest island Hiiumaa – by a regular ferry line.

The center of Saaremaa is Kuressaare. The yacht Palsa will moor at the port of Roomassaare by the city of Kuressaare (Roomassaare sadam) where you will be invited to visit the majestic medieval castle of Kuressaare, to view the windmill hill of Angla, to explore the meteorite crater Kaali or to walk up to the top of the lighthouse Sõrve opening an view of Kolka in good weather. You will be surprised by an interesting location of the lighthouse Kiipsaare, which due to the receded coastline is in fact surrounded by the sea. Walking around the coastal cliff of Panga, you will feel an intriguing atmosphere of the ancient times when people offered sacrifices to the sea, and will see beautiful meadows of the island known for nearly 30 varieties of orchids growing there. The history of the island is perfectly presented in estates, farmsteads and museums. The Saaremaa military museum (Saaremaa Sõjavara muuseum) is a place really worth visiting to view its valuable collection. Saaremaa is proud of its numerous interesting and wonderful places always open for tourists.

The administrative center of Muhu island is a rural settlement of Liiva. You will find there Muhu St. Katherine’s Church, being one of the most beautiful rural churches in Estonia. You can visit the estate of Pädaste, with its luxury hotel, restaurant and SPA complex. In the museum of Muhu in the rural settlement of Koguva you will view the unique ancient farmsteads. At the ostrich farm of Muhu you will watch ostriches, emus, kangaroos, zebras, alpacas, ponies and rabbits. The riding tourism farm of Muhu Tihuse will offer horse riding entertainment for adults and kids. The adventure park of Muhu will be an excellent family-friendly recreation as well.

The island of Hiiumaa is a wonderful place famous for its virgin nature. Sunny and quiet sand beaches. Vanajõe valley. We offer you to visit there a unique cape of Sääretirp, jutting far into the sea. Hiiumaa will attract you also by its lighthouse Kõpu, being the third oldest continuously operating lighthouse in the world. The island hosts a total of three lighthouses, and all of them are worth visiting. The largest city of Hiiumaa is Kärdla, known for its Hiiumaa museum. The new and modern center Tuuletorn in Käina will be an excellent solution to have a good time for adults and kids, enjoying a diverse nature and amazing undersea world of Hiiumaa island, to get familiar with the history and culture of the island and better understand the traditional lifestyle of its dwellers so entwined with the sea and nature. A more than 20 m high climbing hill will attract climbers with various abilities and ambitions.

There are numerous possibilities to travel around the islands. Public transport on the islands of Estonia is free of charge. Travelling by bicycle will give you the freedom of getting to any remote areas of the islands. You can also rent a car or a bicycle. There are diverse accommodation offers suiting any taste. But the best solution will be to enjoy your morning coffee on the deck of Palsa after spending the night on board the yacht. The maximum number of travelers in this tour is 15 passengers. During the entire trip, you will have 4 comfortable cabins with portholes at your disposal, large beds and bedclothes, wide, light saloon and completely equipped kitchen.
